Process difficult emotions with intention and grace

$25.00

Learn how to mindfully process difficult emotions through a practice called RAIN: Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture. This is an invitation to practice self-compassion with guidance, in community. Together, we will welcome our inner “April Showers” (grief, anger, fear, etc), which sometimes bring about May flowers (healing, growth, fresh perspective).

This offering will include information about this particular mindfulness practice, guided meditation, and time for reflection in community.

Cassiah says, “This is my go-to mindfulness practice when things are hard in my life and I am ready to process the feelings intentionally. Sometimes we need a dedicated time and space to safely ‘feel the feels,’ and offer ourselves care during the process."

No meditation experience is necessary; all are welcome!
