Start your day with a soothing meditation practice in community.

In this quiet, self-guided practice, you can start your morning with a sense of calm and clarity. We’ll gather in the Cliffside area of Fort Willams Park to nestle into the earth, feel the ocean breeze, and listen to the waves crashing against the rocks below. At the start of the practice, Davinica will lead a few moments of centering and we’ll conclude with a community sharing circle.

All ages are welcome! No registration is needed for kids under 12.

This event is pay-what-you-can. The suggested price is $15. You can Venmo @Kaneel or pay in cash the day of.
